Challenge
PatriotSG already had a website, but much of the backend workflow was still being handled manually. The client, Sid, needed someone who could build advanced functionality to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency, but previous developers hadn’t delivered a solution that actually saved him time.
Goal
The goal was to streamline and automate PatriotSG’s internal processes by developing custom features that could handle the work previously done by hand. This project wasn’t about visuals or design. It was about functionality, scalability, and solving real business problems through software.
Solution
We were brought in specifically for our ability to develop custom solutions, backed by the software engineering experience on our team. Over the course of the project, we built and integrated features that eliminated around 80 percent of the manual work Sid’s team had been doing. He was not only impressed with the technical results but also appreciated the business insight we brought to the table. As a result, he’s looking to retain us long-term and involve us in future projects.
